I'm Emilio, a Business Informatics Engineer based in Monterrey. Over the past five years I've turned data into decisions across global companies — helping build Steelcase's master-data single source of truth, analytics dashboards for CEMEX's B2B platform, and now, at Ruhrpumpen, designing a from-scratch Spare Parts Control Tower: an internal .NET platform over the SQL Server data warehouse I model. On the side I build with Claude Code, design custom agent workflows, and explore where agentic AI meets real business software. Open to remote roles where data, AI, and software development overlap.

Skills
Experience
Data Analyst Specialist embedded in Ruhrpumpen's Global Spare Parts Business Unit (Aftermarket). Built the Business Plan using SQL analysis of Installed Base, Bookings, and QPQ Quotes data to project regional growth and define strategic objectives. Engineered Power BI solutions optimizing relationships between massive fact and dimension tables — cutting report load times and turning raw SAP S/4HANA data into a single source of truth for the Aftermarket division. Also architecting and leading the development of internal software tooling (a from-scratch .NET platform) supporting analytics, pricing strategy, and operational workflows across the unit.
On the Master Data Management team that evaluated, selected, and configured Akeneo PIM as Steelcase's single source of truth. Migrated large data volumes from disparate sources via REST APIs and wrote complex SQL to reconcile data — configuring the platform ahead of company-wide rollout in support of Steelcase's global digital transformation.
Led concurrent improvement projects — POS implementation, inventory systems, client database — while managing a marketing team via Agile / Kanban and holding a full-time role at Steelcase. Designed Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX to analyze performance and guide decisions.
Selected through an ITESM–CEMEX partnership to work on the CEMEX Go app, a B2B e-commerce platform serving construction-industry clients. Used advanced SQL and Power BI (DAX) to build dashboards that identified and diagnosed production issues, supporting the platform's data and product teams.
Year-long QA internship on Blitz, Definity First's corporate incentive platform. Conducted functional and regression testing across the full stack, identifying and documenting defects in a production environment used by enterprise clients.

Evolver
Active DevelopmentAI-powered leadership development platform
Most leadership development programs fail because they're generic. A senior engineer and a first-time manager need different work — but they get the same workshop, the same PDF, the same one-size-fits-all curriculum.
Evolver fixes that with assessment-driven personalization, built on a proprietary coaching framework, with an AI layer that turns 360° feedback into a tailored program.
Database-enforced multi-tenancy.
Postgres Row-Level Security guarantees that companies can't see each other's data — even if my app code forgets a WHERE clause. Security at the infrastructure layer, not the application layer.
AI-driven personalized curriculum.
360° feedback (self, manager, peers) feeds into an AI layer that identifies skill gaps and assembles a tailored 21-section program. Two employees can start the same day and end up with completely different work.
